We may collect and process the following categories of data:
• User-provided information: Name, email, organization, and project details.
• Telemetry and diagnostics: Usage data to improve performance and user experience.
• Authentication data: Azure AD or Microsoft account identifiers used for secure access.
 

All collected data is used solely to deliver, maintain, and improve the functionality and performance of our AI-powered EdTech services.
 

3. Data Processing and Storage
Your data is processed in accordance with GDPR and Microsoft Responsible AI standards. All processing occurs within Azure-hosted environments located in compliance regions selected by the customer.

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We only share data:
• With Microsoft and authorized partners for compliance and support purposes.
• When legally required or to enforce our terms of service.
 

5. Security
We use Azure-native security services and best practices, including encryption at rest and in transit, role-based access control (RBAC), and regular audit logs.
